Authorization & consent

By signing below, you (“the Business and the business owner/officer, individually and collectively”) authorize Hello Funding, LLC and each of its representatives, successors, assigns, and designees (“Recipients”) that may be involved with or acquire commercial business loans or purchases of future receivables, including Revenue-Based Financing transactions (“Transactions”), to obtain consumer, personal, business, and investigative reports and other information about you.

This includes, without limitation, credit card processor statements, bank statements, and information from consumer reporting agencies (such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax), credit bureaus, banks, creditors, and other third parties

You also authorize Hello Funding, LLC to transmit this Application — along with any information submitted or obtained in connection with it — to any or all Recipients for the purposes of evaluating, underwriting, servicing, renewing, or acquiring Transactions. You further consent to the release, by any creditor or financial institution, of any information relating to you to Hello Funding, LLC and to each of the Recipients.

You intend to sign this Application electronically and consent to conducting business electronically with Hello Funding, LLC and its affiliates. You are providing your business cell phone number and business email address and consent to receiving correspondence and messages regarding Transactions via these channels, including text messages (approximately 10 messages per month; message and data rates may apply).
